I stayed at a fantastic hotel in the city centre. The Mercure provided a comfortable and clean room, with thoughtful amenities like loaner umbrellas on rainy days. The location was perfect, and the staff, especially Valentina at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel also had a great restaurant with an impressive display of whiskey bottles. I highly recommend Mercure for a great stay in the city.

I stayed there for over 2 weeks and never once got a smile from any staff. Food was too expensive also. Air con kept breaking down. If I wanted to use the gym I had to keep phoning reception to come and open it which would take them ages.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the historic center and there was a supermarket just around 100 m away. The staff were professional and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities, such as the heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar, were all top-notch. The hotel also offered a variety of services, including room service, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient.
We didn't experience any negative aspects during our stay. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with quality services.
